I only picked up this book to see what all the fuss was about. Dragons? War college? Not exactly my usual reading! But somewhere along the way, I got completely hooked. I loved the characters, the danger, and the unexpected twists. And yes, I STILL want my own dragon!

It's a long book, and I didn't understand half the science, but Andy Weir somehow made it all fascinating! I loved this story, and listening to Ray Porter narrate it was worth every minute. If you enjoy audiobooks, this is one I highly recommend listening to. Don't let the length or the science scare you away!

Would knowing how long you have to live change the way you live? Or would you rather not know and just enjoy life without that constant fear hanging over you? This book asks some pretty tough questions, and honestly, I'm not sure I'm ready to answer them. It certainly gave me plenty to think about!

I picked this one up because I needed to read some science fiction, and boy, did I get it! This has to be one of the craziest books I've ever read. It was funny, clever, and entertaining at times, but goodness, I had a hard time keeping up with it! I spent half my time wondering what in the world I'd just read. Definitely an experience!
